Behind the Scenes: LPGA with Miss Maryland

This was the McDonalds LPGA Championship held at Bulle Rock Golf Course in Havre De Grace, Maryland.
I arrived early morning at 9, (had to get up at 6 to beat the traffic through the 2 hour drive). I had arrived with trepidation as the rain was coming down steadily and the grass was wet…fingers crossed all will be good.

As I was the official photographer for Ms. Maryland, I was treated to the Media tent. All the different seats marked with various magazines.
I had to get my photo id and also an official photographer armband. Cameras and mobile phones are banned from the event (aside from media people).

Wouldn’t be the right day without photographing with the troops…who were for some reason on duty at the concession stand.
A little trip aroundthe course with Nicole up front. I was standing on the back of the cart with my two cameras. This is when the Tokina comes in handy.
