Photoshoot: Chelsea
Posted under: Recently did a shoot with Chelsea who happens to be a local rocker musician too. Chontae did the makeup for all these shots. We did three different looks for Chelsea. With her big smile, Chelsea actually makes a great commercial model. So I started with more natural looks versus high fashion styles.
This was one of my favourite shots of the shoot, a nice candid…it’s a shame about the hair in the way…I think photoshop would be quite difficult…but just love Chelsea’s expression for this. And as always, love hair…so what’s a few strands in the way.

Chelsea has naturally really pink lips which even with just a touch of lip sticks pops out in the photos. This was taken with a single beauty dish and a fan to blow her hair out of the way.
More of the casual look…big smiles.
Chelsea brought an amazing selection of clothes…even after all the suitcases she says it was just 1/4 of her whole wardrobe…this girl likes to shop and she’s got good taste. Love the fur cap and scarf…reminds me of something from a A&F ad.
We had started shooting in the afternoon and we waited for the sun to fall a tad lower in the sky to do our outdoor shots.
As always…love shooting into the sun…the afternoon light was just perfect for this. Chelsea has really light blonde hair which create a nice glow in the sun.
For the final shots to wrap up the shoot, Chelsea brought out her guitar and played a tune in the field. A nice ending to a shoot.
More shoots to come soon as I catch up with processing…3 more shoots to process as of today and 2 more shoots on sunday and 1 on tuesday. keeping busy.
