Photoshoot: Mason (pt-1)
I’m still catching up with my shoots and processing. Anyways, I’ve been trying to expand my portfolio to include more male models and male fashion. Hence I was quite excited when Mason, represented by Evolution Management in London, contacted me to shoot. After browsing various magazines and adverts I had several ideas shooting both natural casual as well as a bit of the high fashion look. Shooting once again with one of my favourite MUAs, Warren…we got some great results.

To start off we took some casual light looks with multiple colours as you will see after the break.
Mason is really great at keeping his composure in mid air. So of course we tried some nice casual motion shots each with a different tee and a different hair do.

With these shots, I used the similar two light approach but instead of lighting the light high up, I aimed it low at Mason’s feet to give him an ethereal light airy affect.

Mason’s black belt in Tae Kwon Do which explains his ability to keep his composure so well in mid air.

Finally just to throw in a twist we went for an angry portrait.

Keep reading as I’ve got the high fashion photos with Mason coming up with fancy lighting which I was quite proud of
