Photoshoot: Beauty Project
Posted under: Continuing on with shooting beauty in studio, I collaborated with Demetress again on a beauty story. This time i decided to work with two models using one light setup and two looks per model. Oxana who is signed with Major Model Management and Alexandra came along as models for the shoot.

Here is a couple more of Oxana. As for the makeup in the series we went for a different set of colours for each look, rather colourful and springy.

If you can’t tell by the name, both Oxana and Alexandra are Russian, the DC area is rather abundant of russian models.

Alexandra came up with this pose herself. As for the lighting, I used a beautydish up top, reflector below and a background throw on the back. I have to give credit to Rodney Young, an eastcoast internationally published fashion photographe for introducing me properly to flags. As in these shots, I had the models sitting in almost a box with black boards on both sides quite close to their face hence the higher shadow on the outside of the cheeks. More pics to come soon
