Photoshoot: Natalie-Beauty
Posted under: Natalie is a very interesting model. I first came across her as she was set to model for DC Photo Coop. Natalie is a full-time freelance model travelling around US wherever work takes her. Everything is packed in a suitcase and goes with her as she travels. This is something many of us dream to do but we just don’t have the ‘cajones’.
Anyways, on to the shoot. Warren came on board as the mua for this shoot and we decided on two beauty looks and also an editorial story. This post will cover the beauty side of things.

Natalie is quite natural and smooth with her poses. If you haven’t noticed, she also has gorgeous nails, fit to be a hand model.

With these darker images I used a single octobox high camera left with a white reflector to camera right by Natalie’s back/ear to give a bit of a fill. I don’t think there was anything on the background. It’s been a week or so since I shot these…memory is fading unfortunately

After the natural beauty looks, Warren cranked up the makeup for a couple fun high fashion looks.

With these shots, Natalie was standing right in front of the background with a single AB800 shooting with a bare large softbox (essentially acting as a large reflector) to camera right.
By the way, Natalie is also 6ft 1in….these shots do not show it, but her heigh makes her look fabulous for the editorial shots coming up next. :)
